- TERMS OF SERVICE -
By purchasing art from me, you agree to following my Terms of Service. These terms govern the commissioning process, payment, rights, and delivery of the artwork, please read carefully below!
PAYMENT
- I have every right to refuse a commission.
- All payments will be done in EUROS through KO-FI (make sure you've contacted me trough twitter or kofi first before purchasing!)
- The payments are done upfront.
- You may request a refund if I have not delivered my services or contacted you within 6 months of purchasing.
- Any cancellation of the commission after lineart, will result in a fee. The fee may vary based on how far I made it into the progress.
- Prices may change depending on the complexity of the design.
USE POLICY
- The client cannot use any art of mine for commercial purposes or edit the art without my permission. My art is for personal non-profit use only. You cannot claim my art as your own.
ART PROCESS
- I'm a slow artist and on top of that I'm a college student, it usually takes me a month or two to finish a piece. (I will contact you if more time is needed to complete the commission)
- Please no sudden rushing! I don't accept hard deadlines at the moment.
- Picture references are welcome!
- The client can request changes only in the sketch phase (such as poses or characters), anything after a sketch will result in a fee.
- If I forgot to add some details, remind me! I won't charge that.
- First the final sketch will be send, then line art and at the very end, the final product.
